We are Jeff and Lesa Junek, owners of the historic Hotel Navidad built on the shore of Lavaca Bay in 1908. The building, a landmark in Port Lavaca, Texas, overlooks the marina and city park. Along with its history, the hotel has endured years of neglect. We hope to heal its wounds and restore its charm. Welcome along as we work on the hotel, resurrecting its historical charm and enhancing it with modern technology. We desire to convert the hotel to peaceful bayside studio apartments to add to the revitalization of downtown Port Lavaca, Texas.
